The founders of Custom Choice Cereal met at UNC in 2007. With backgrounds ranging from investment banking and consulting to game development, all of us were united by an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for cereal.
The Gluten-free Cereal Guy
The daily operations at Custom Choice Cereal are currently mainly run by Hajo, the friendly gentleman to the left, who is lucky to be able to rely on many helping hands. Hajo has a great passion for cereal and - funny enough - wrote his bachelor thesis on mass customization over half a decade ago. He never would have guessed then that he might actually end up doing exactly that.
Hajo is thrilled about the opportunity to help many people enjoy their gluten-free cereal again instead of dreading it because of lack of taste or variety. He loves outdoor activities; not surprisingly, Hajo's personal favorite mix is the Active Hiker, which he always takes on his trips to the mountains or the beach.

Dr. Stephen Wangen is co-founder of the IBS Treatment Center and author of the books “Healthier without Wheat” and “The Irritable Bowel Syndrome Solution”. Gini Warner is a Clinical Nutritionist who received her Master’s Degree from New York University in Health Education and Nutritional Science. Specializing in gluten intolerance, celiac disease, diabetes, and weight loss, her knowledge as a nutritional advisor helps us at Custom Choice Cereal better understand your needs.
